Privacy policy

This policy explains how Onalchik Social Games ("Onalchik", "we") handles information when you use onalchik.games. The short version is unusual for the industry: we operate no player database and do not collect, transmit or store your personal data on any server.

1. Data stored on your device

When you register or play, the following is saved in your own browser's local storage, on your own device only:

• Your chosen username and email address (as entered at registration);
• An obfuscated form of your password, used only to unlock your local profile;
• Your virtual coin balance, achievements and play statistics;
• Your session state, if you tick "remember me".

This information never leaves your browser. We cannot see it, access it, restore it or delete it — you control it entirely. Clearing your browser's site data removes it permanently.

2. Data we receive

If you email us at support@onalchik.games, we receive whatever you choose to send, and we use it solely to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share correspondence with third parties.

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in standard server logs for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to profile players.

3. What we don't do

• No accounts database, no cloud profiles, no server-side player records;
• No sale or sharing of personal data — we hold none to sell;
• No advertising trackers or cross-site profiling;
• No payment data — the platform has no payment functionality.

4. Third-party resources

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our Responsible Play page links to independent external organisations. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when your browser connects to them or you follow those links.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because your play data exists only on your device, you can exercise most of these directly: view it in your browser's storage inspector, or erase it by clearing site data. For anything relating to email correspondence, contact support@onalchik.games. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Children

Onalchik is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
